Building contractor.
Born in Quebec on 17 March 1871, he came to Winnipeg around 1903 and worked as a building contractor. He and wife Adelaide Beatrice Bertrand (1875-1947) had two children: Leonard Clark (1902-?) and Cleo Mabel Clark (1905-1976, wife of John Alexander Norris). The family lived at 168 Arlington Street. He died at Winnipeg on 10 January 1944 and was buried in the Elmwood Cemetery.
