Farmer.
Born in 1844 at Argyleshire, Scotland, son of Robert Campbell and Ann Orr, he came to Canada in 1866 and settled at Kent County, Ontario, moving five years later to the vicinity of Carman, Manitoba where he established a farm. In 1872 he married Elizabeth Allan of Glasgow, Scotland. She died on 12 November 1904.
