Manager.
Born at Truro, Nova Scotia around 1905, he worked for Winnipeg Hydro for over 35 years, rising to the position of General Manager (1960-1969). He received a City of Winnipeg Community Service Award (1969). On 23 December 1939, he married teacher Margaret Evelyn Herriot (1911-1974), daughter of Archibald Adam Herriot, and they had two children. He was a member of St. Andrew’s River Heights United Church and the Central Winnipeg Rotary Club. He died at Winnipeg on 23 June 1996 and was buried in the Brookside Cemetery.
