Community activist.
Born on 26 September 1942, daughter of Reverend Jacob Epp and Alvena Epp, she worked as an administrator for several Manitoba municipalities. She was a volunteer for CancerCare, Club Mets, and Breast Cancer Action Manitoba; was active as a Cancer Society peer counsellor and took a lead role in several presentations of “Handle With Care,” a play that helped families, friends and professionals deal with breast cancer. She was a founding member of the dragon boat racing team “Chemo Savvy.” She died at Winnipeg on 5 May 2004.
