Hotelier.
Born at Peterborough, Ontario on 14 August 1874, he was educated at Peterborough public and high schools. He came to Winnipeg in November 1892 and afterwards settled at Snowflake where he operated a hotel and engaged in real estate. On 19 August 1920, he married Emma Dedham (?-1961) of Arnprior, Ontario. They had no children. He was a member of the Anglican Church. In 1925, he lived at Snowflake, Manitoba. He died at Manitou on 14 July 1936 and was buried in Brookside Cemetery.
