Educator, cleric.
Born in Germany on 9 August 1937, son of Heinrich Strempler (1900-1990) and Melita Kreuger (1908-1981), he became both an educator and ordained minister. His teaching career in the River East School Division included tenure as Principal of Maple Leaf School (1966-1968), Sherwood School (1968-1982), and Donwood School (1982-1990). On 21 July 1962, he married Elizabeth Neufeld (1940-2000). He resided at Winkler from around 2014 until his death on 3 November 2024, with burial in the Green Acres Memorial Gardens.
