Memorable Manitobans: Leo Reidke (1931-2006)


Born at Winnipeg on 21 February 1931, he worked as a machinist with the City of Winnipeg for about 25 years. A passion for photography inspired him and his wife to open their own business, Reidke Photography where he was well-known for his portraiture. He also taught photography and served as President of the Good Neighbors Senior Centre. He died at Winnipeg on 7 February 2006.
