Cleric.
Born in the RM of Montcalm on 25 May 1893, son of Narcisse Moquin (1842-1925) and Sophronie Gosselin (1853-1920), he was ordained as a Roman Catholic priest in 1921, by Arthur Beliveau. He served as assistant pastor at Our Lady of Assumption Roman Catholic Church at Mariapolis (1921-1922) then pastor at Ste. Genevieve Roman Catholic Church (1922-1929), Our Lady of Assumption Roman Catholic Church (1929-1955), and Somerset (1955-1966) before retiring to St. Boniface in 1966. He died at the St. Boniface Hospital on 9 March 1971 and was buried in the St. Boniface Cemetery.
