Physician, historian.
Born at Dauphin on 11 April 1919, son of Thomas Little (1884-1959) and Agnes Eliza Bruce Hall (?-?), he graduated from the Manitoba Medical College in 1942. He practiced at Dauphin for ten years then did postgraduate studies in New York City. For 20 years, he served on the medical staff of the University Hospital at Edmonton, Alberta. He moved to British Columbia in 1974 where he was Medical Director and later Chair of the Workers' Compensation Board. He retired in 1981. In 1942, he married Helen L. Fairbairn (c1918-2014) and they had a son and two daughters. In retirement he wrote a history of his hometown entitled Dogtown to Dauphin (1988). He died at Victoria, British Columbia on 4 July 1991.
