Born Watford, England, 28 March 1869, son of Edward and Ann Letts. Came to Canada as a boy. Educated Manitoba College, Winnipeg; Brandon Theological College, Brandon, Manitoba. Commenced career as clergyman, Manitoba, 1890. Came to British Columbia, 1905. Married Lucy South Smith, Rugby, England; has two sons. Address: 1133 Caledonia Avenue, Victoria, B.C.
In 1911, Letts' firm was located at Green Block, 1216 Broad Street, Victoria, BC.
