Memorable Manitobans: Donald George Irving (1926-1969)Physician, municipal official. He worked as a physician at Crystal City and served as Mayor of Crystal City from 1960 to 1965. In 1963, he was given a Golden Boy Certificate of Merit in recognition of his community service. He died suddenly at his home in Crystal City on 18 June 1969.
