Community activist.
Born in 1913, eldest daughter of W. Thomson, on 15 August 1936 she married printer Leonard Joseph Holland (1914-1985) at Sturgeon Creek United Church. They had a daughter and a son. For over 50 years, she was involved with the 28th Winnipeg Brownie Pack, for which she received a City of Winnipeg Community Service Award and was inducted into the Manitoba Order of the Buffalo Hunt in 1979. She died at the Grace Hospital in October 2008 and her cremains were buried in the Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens.
