Hotelier.
Born at Hampshire, England in 1883, he came to Canada in 1904 and managed and owned hotels in Manitoba for some time. He owned the Winnipeg Hotel, Oxford Hotel, and Beaubier Hotel. He also managed several Canadian National Railway hotels, including those at Banff and Calgary. He and wife Annie (1880-1944) had a daughter, Hazel Hills (wife of ? Mallory). He died at Brandon on 20 February 1954 and was buried in the Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens.
