Memorable Manitobans: Jocelyn Hill (1954-2006)Athlete. Born at Brandon on 26 February 1954, daughter of Helen and Walter Hill, she was a gold medalist in swimming and golf at the Special Olympics held in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She also enjoyed figure skating and riding horses. She was an active member of the Salvation Army Church, a member of the Home League, and a volunteer at the YMCA.
