Municipal official.

Born on 23 September 1930, he grew up at Horndean and Plum Coulee before moving to Altona. He served as the Mayor of Altona (1986-1995) and President of the Manitoba Association of Urban Municipalities (1994-1995). He died at Altona on 11 February 2025, survived by his wife Mary and two daughters.
