Educator.
Born at Nova Scotia around 1860-1862 into a English family and Baptist upbringing, he taught school in that province by 1881 and was a graduate of the University of Toronto. He moved to Brandon around October 1888 and was Principal of Brandon Collegiate Institute until his resignation in October 1892. His later whereabouts are not yet determined.
