Municipal official.
In 1948, she married Winnipeg Mayor Garnet Coulter while he was in office. She served as Secretary-Treasurer of the Manitoba Association of Urban Municipalities, from 1949 to 1950, and Executive Director of the Federation of Canadian Municipalities in Montreal. She worked for Investors Syndicate for 32 years. She died at St. Jacobs, Ontario on 26 October 1993 and was buried in the Brookside Cemetery.
