Métis leader.
Born at the Waterhen, he settled with his family at Clear Lake in 1905.He served for several years with the Hudson's Bay Company in Saskatchewan and worked to encourage Francophone settlement in the Egg Lake area of Saskatchewan. He moved to The Pas in 1926 as fur buyer for Revillon Frères, opening a fish business and a taxi service in 1927. He was a prominent Liberal organizer in the North.
