Jeweller, optician.
Born in Ontario in February 1876, he was working as a jeweller in Vancouver, British Columbia in 1901. He later came to Winnipeg where he worked as an optometrist with N. H. Neill. He served as President of the Manitoba Association of Optometrists in 1924, 1933, and 1934.
