Located along Regent Avenue West in Winnipeg, the Transcona Centennial Square was established in 2012 for the centenary of the former Town of Transcona. Revitalization of this site was undertaken between 2009 and 2013, in part funded by the federal Building Communities though Arts and Heritage Program. A commemorative plaque was unveiled in September 2013 and affixed to the square's clock tower.

Also on the square grounds are plaques commemorating Paul Emile Martin as “The Greatest Transconian” in 2005, affixed to the western side of the public stage, along with two concrete emplacements flanking the plaza to the east and west featuring individual nameplates of noteworthy residents of Transcona who have been inducted into the Transcona Wall of Fame.
