Historic Sites of Manitoba: Richards House (638 Wellington Crescent, Winnipeg)

This 2½-storey brick and stucco house on Wellington Crescent in Winnipeg, measuring 46 feet by 47 feet, was designed by architect George William Northwood and built in 1911 by contractor William Wardell Cross at a cost of about $19,000 for lawyer Stephen Elswood Richards.
