Memorable Manitobans: Henry Edwin Waller (1868-?)
Cattle dealer. Born at Tilsonburg, Ontario on 29 July 1868, he took a business course at Chatham then went into the livestock business. He came to Manitoba in 1887 and settled at Carberry where he established a business buying and selling livestock and grain. He also owned three sections of land, much of which was farmed by tenant farmers. In 1891 he married Winnifred Maud Walker, daughter of William Walker. He was a Mason.
