Farmer.
Born at Pakenham, Ontario on 26 June 1859, he came to Manitoba in 1882 and settled on 27-3-7W near Darlingford. On 31 December 1884, he married Margaret Ann Boyle (1859-1949), whose family came to Manitoba in May 1877, and they had five children: Bertha May Storey (1885-?), Thomas Lorne Storey (1889-?), Herbert Charles Storey (1889-?), Howard Attwell Storey (1895-?), and ? Storey (?-?). He was a school trustee and Secretary-Treasurer of the local school board, and a member of the Baptist Church. He died in the RM of Pembina on 29 November 1942 and was buried in the Darlingford Cemetery.
