Municipal official.
Born with his twin brother, Alder, at Morden on 25 January 1928 to Tina Friesen (1908-1991) and David M. Loeppky (1905-1987), he married Vera Delores Reimer (1928-2002) in 1948. They went on to have three children and made their home at Beausejour. He worked for Manitoba Hydro for 35 years and served as Reeve of the Rural Municipality of Reynolds (1986-1989). He died at Beausejour on 26 May 2012 and was buried in the Altona Cemetery.
