Educator.
Born in the Russian Empire around 1902, he and his wife Agnes Dyck (c1906-?) immigrated to Canada in 1924, had a son, John David Dyck, and became a naturalized citizen in 1930. He attended Normal School and began working as an educator around 1926. His career included working as teacher at Lyman Centre School (1928), Thames School (1929-1931; Principal 1930-1931), Birkenhead School (1931-1938), Eigenhof School (1938-1943), South Park School (1943-1945, Principal), Edenthal School (1945-1949), and Barrick School (1955-1970; Principal 1962-1969). He died at Winnipeg on 4 February 1990.
