This two-storey wood frame, red brick, and stucco, Dutch Colonial Revival-style house is on McAdam Avenue in Winnipeg. Measuring 22 feet by 30 feet, it was built in 1941 by the Dupuis Construction Company at a cost of about $5,000, for owner Samuel Lewis Posner (1908-2007). He was a pharmacist and proprietor of the Boyd Dispensary drug store on the fifth floor of the Boyd Building.
At the time of a 2020 site visit, the house was relatively unmodified from its original appearance.
