This two-storey wood frame and stucco duplex residence on Magnus Avenue in Winnipeg, measuring 28 feet by 30 feet, was designed by local architect Max Zev Blankstein and built in 1907 by contractor Allan Morris for owner Aaron Robert Munshaw at a cost of about $3,000. It contained two residential suites.

At the time of a 2025 site visit, the building had been extensively renovated making it unrecognizable from the original appearance.
