Historic Sites of Manitoba: Kim House (256 Garfield Street South, Winnipeg)

This 1½-storey brick and stucco house on Garfield Street South, in the Wolseley neighbourhood of Winnipeg, measuring 34 feet by 40 feet, was designed by local architect Max Zev Blankstein and built in 1927 by Western Home Builders Limited for furrier Morris Kim at a cost of about $10,000.
