Formerly located on Pacific Avenue in Brandon, a three-storey brick and stone building was built in 1910 at a cost of about $20,000 as a warehouse, offices, and showroom for the Cockshutt Plow Company, a manufacturer of agricultural equipment. Later reduced to a single storey building, it was destroyed by fire on 19 May 2018.
