Historic Sites of Manitoba: Chelsea Court (440-442 Assiniboine Avenue, Winnipeg)

A two-storey brick apartment block at the southeast corner of Assiniboine Avenue and Kennedy Street in Winnipeg was designed by local architect Peter Cornelius Samwell and built in 1914. The building was demolished in 2008 and the site is a vacant lot.
