Historic Sites of Manitoba: Small Creek School No. 2254 (RM of Mossey River)The Small Creek School District was organized formally in November 1934 and a building was erected in the northwest quarter of 7-30-19 west of the Principal Meridian, in the Rural Municipality of Mossey River. The district joined the Duck Mountain School Division in 1967. The former school building was converted into a granary and remains on the site. Among the teachers of Small Creek School was Nicholas Bilash (1942-1944).
