Historic Sites of Manitoba: Parker House (166 Matheson Avenue East, Winnipeg)

This two-storey wood frame house on Matheson Avenue East in Winnipeg, measuring 20 feet by 26 feet, was designed and built by owner/contractor Alexander “Alex” Pollock in 1911 at a cost of about $2,800. He sold it to lawyer Benjamin Cronyn Parker.
