A two-storey brick motel building at the northeast corner of the Trans-Canada Highway and Provincial Trunk Highway 10 at Brandon was built in early 1959. Named One and Ten for its location at the intersection of two highways, the facility had 36 units equipped with television and telephone.
The business was closed around 2007 and the building was demolished in August 2008. The site is now occupied by another building.
