Manny Jacob

Photographer, historian.

Manny Jacob is a local historian who grew up at St. Ouens/Lydiatt and has photographed all of Manitoba’s remaining primary wood, concrete, and steel grain elevators as of 2007, numerous churches, towns, railways, buses, highways, and motor vehicle licence plates. A lifelong model railroader, he also authored the 2018 book Canadian Pacific Caboose Color Guide 1877-2017 along with several articles in Branchline, Plates and Europlate magazines.
