This two-storey dark red-brown brick and stucco house, Mediterranean Revival-style house is on Matheson Avenue East in Winnipeg. Measuring 28 feet by 30 feet, it was designed and built in 1937 by contractor David Rosen at a cost of about at a cost of $8,500, for owner Israel Mooney (1900-1984). He was a furrier, operating out of a storefront in the MacGregor Block.
At the time of a 2025 site visit, the house was relatively unmodified from its original appearance.
