This two-storey wood frame and wood plank siding, American Foursquare-style house is on Leila Avenue in West Kildonan (now part of Winnipeg). Measuring 24 feet by 28 feet, and 8 feet by 10 feet, it was built in 1914 by contractor Lionel Falconer at a cost of about $2,000, for owner George Millar. He was a printer at the T. W. Taylor Company.
At the time of a 2023 and 2026 site visits, the house was relatively unmodified from its original appearance.
