Historic Sites of Manitoba: Davidson House (290 Inkster Boulevard, Winnipeg)

This two-storey wood frame and stucco, Arts and Crafts-style house on Inkster Boulevard in Winnipeg, measuring 28 feet by 28 feet, was built in 1926 by contractors Robert J. Wright and James Alexander Kellas at a cost of about $5,500, for owner Samuel “Sam” Davidson. He was the secretary for the Dominion Football Association.

At the time of a 2025 site visit, the house was relatively unmodified from its original appearance.
