Historic Sites of Manitoba: Claydon House (124 Chestnut Street, Winnipeg)

This two-storey, wood frame residence on Chestnut Street in Winnipeg was constructed in 1909 by contractor Ebenezer Claydon who lived here for a time with his family. A later occupant was Edmund Guthrie Perry, a professor at Manitoba College.
