Lawyer.
Born at Winnipeg on 2 August 1940, son of Romanian immigrants Jack Wilder and Rose Garfinkel, he attended St. John's Technical High School and the University of Manitoba, receiving BA (1961) and LLB (1965) degrees from the latter. In partnership with his brother Joe Wilder, he was a partner in the law firm of Wilder Wilder Langtry, managing it until merging with PKF Lawyers in 2020. He was made a Queen’s Counsel (1991). He died at Winnipeg on 6 September 2023 and was survived by a wife and three children.
