Educator.
Born in Ontario on 16 June 1875, son of Richard Moore (1828-1881) and Elizabeth Frances Dickenson (1833-1916), he grew up near Woodstock and later taught at the British North American Business College at Toronto before moving west. In 1906, he boarded at 781 Elgin Avenue in Winnipeg while he attended Normal School classes at Carlton School. His career as an educator included working at the O'Sullivan Business College at Portage la Priarie (1906-?), Principal of Holland School (1912), and teaching at Central St. Paul School (1915-1916). He later resided at 13-29-14-W2 in the Rural Municipality of Emerald in Saskatchewan (1926) and at Chicago, Illinois (1954). He died in 1962 and was buried at Bethel-Munro Cemetery at Fullarton, Perth County, Ontario.
