Memorable Manitobans: Harry Hirsh [Hirsch] (1880-?)Born in Russia in August 1880, he came to Canada in 1902 and worked, in the early 1910s, worked as a building contractor in Winnipeg. At the time of the 1911 census, he was married to Luba Hirsh (1882-?) and living at 67 Aikins Street, Winnipeg. Some of his construction works in Manitoba included:
