Lawyer, community activist.
Born in Winnipeg on 8 March 1933, son of George and Marion Fraser, he attended the University of Manitoba, receiving BA and Law degrees. A 40-year career as a lawyer began at the Land Titles Office, then with the law firm of Tupper and Adams, where he was a partner. His final position was as corporate counsel for James Richardson and Sons. In February 1959, he married nurse Marion (1936-2019) and they had three sons. Active in the community, he was Board Chair of the Winnipeg YMCA and President of the Liberal Party of Manitoba (?-?). He died at Winnipeg on 8 December 2022.
