Memorable Manitobans: Anne Henault Dubuc (1850-1928)
Volunteer worker. Born in Quebec, she came to Manitoba in 1872 with her husband, Joseph Dubuc. She was the first president of the women’s auxiliary for the hospital and orphanage at St. Boniface and was active in volunteer work throughout her life.
