Physician, pharmacist.
Born on 14 February 1879, he graduated from the Manitoba Medical College in 1905. He moved to Pilot Mound where he worked as a physician and pharmacist. He and wife Linda Rachel Kennedy (1881-1967) had three sons, including Thomas James Cohoe and Clarence Edward Kennedy Cohoe. He died at Pilot Mound on 21 April 1939.
