Engineer, municipal official.
Born in western Ukraine in 1911, he resided most of his life in Winnipeg. He founded the Dominion Adjustment and Appraisal Company.
On 5 February 1938, he married Anne Izowski (1910-1982). They had a daughter, Rowena Rae Carrick (1939-1943) and lived at 365 Selkirk Avenue, Winnipeg. He was a member of the Engineering Institute of Canada and Association of Professional Engineers of Manitoba. He served as a Winnipeg school trustee, Winnipeg city alderman (1953-1954, 1956-1957), and was a Progressive Conservative candidate for the Winnipeg North constituency in the 1949 and 1953 provincial elections. He was inducted into the Order of the Buffalo Hunt (1957). He played football with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers.
He died at the St. Boniface Hospital on 20 February 1982 and was buried with his family in the St. Mary's Cemetery.
