Born Hamiota, Manitoba, 19 April 1883, son of Reverend John Hugh and Charlotte Geddie Cameron. Educated at Russell, Manitoba and University of Manitoba, Winnipeg. Commenced career as school teacher, Plumas and Arden, 1904. Called to Manitoba bar, 1909, when came to Gladstone, and commenced practising law. Secretary Gladstone Lodge No. 5, IOOF. Societies: IOOF, I.O.G.T. Recreations: hockey, hunting, canoeing, swimming, football, baseball tennis, shooting Liberal; Presbyterian. Address: Gladstone, Manitoba.
