Butcher.
Born in Yorkshire, England in 1881, he came to Canada in 1903. He opened a butcher shop in Elmwood in 1909 where he worked for 36 years, retiring in 1945. He was a member of King Memorial United Church, East Kildonan Cricket Club, and Liberal Party of Manitoba. He served on the Winnipeg Town Planning Commission. He died at the St. Boniface Hospital on 15 November 1965 and was buried in the Elmwood Cemetery.
