Memorable Manitobans: Angus Archibald (1967-2001)Educator. Born at Powell River, British Columbia on 13 April 1967, son of Harold Archibald and Cathy Archibald, he grew up in Manitoba, graduating from Melita High School. While earning his BEd at Brandon University, he played hockey with the Cartwright Clippers. He taught and was the Principal of R. J. Waugh Elementary School (?-2001) at Carberry.
