Manitoba Business: Mills and Shepley / Shepley Construction Company

This Winnipeg-based construction company was established by Charles P. Mills (c1877-1910) and Leslie Harman Shepley. After Mills' early death, it became the Shepley Construction Company with the addition of brother Ira E. Shepley (?-?).
