Historic Sites of Manitoba: Yates House (431 Sixteenth Street, Brandon)

This bungalow-style residence on Sixteenth Street in Brandon was built by contractor Frank Cecil Lissaman in 1914 for prominent plumbing contractor James Yates. It is a municipally-designated historic site as of 2001.
